Sending quick empty messages in Gmail

As you all know Gmail is one of the most popular email services available, but one thing you didn't know about Gmail is that you can also use it to send quick messages to your friends and family without having to type long stuff in the text body area.

Every now and then, the official Gmail blog give out advice and tips which can help you use Gmail in a more productive way. This time they shared this tip on how to send empty messages.


Now you don’t have to type anything in the text area if you think the subject would be sufficient enough to convery your message. Just add “EOM” or “(EOM)” at the end of the subject line (it stands for End Of Message), and Gmail will silently send the message without the unnecessary prompt.
